Room rates are good Thursday, Feb 19 - Saturday, Feb 21, 2026. If you want to reserve additional nights at this price you must contact the hotel.
Per our contract with the hotel, there is no charge for parking if you're staying at the hotel.
** If you book thru a 3rd party site like Expedia you will get charged parking and resort fees. Keep that in mind.

The hotel has a shuttle that will take you to anywhere within a 3 mile radius of the hotel. We've put together a list of local attractions and things to do while you're here.

If you are staying at the hotel, there is no charge to get into the event. Your room key will get you in. (hotel wristband)
If you are not staying at the hotel, it will cost $20 to attend 1 night, $30 to attend both nights. There is an additional $10/night parking fee (discounted rate) for anyone not staying at the hotel. You must pay at our check-in desk by the ballroom to get the discounted parking rate.

The Margaritaville Hotel Kansas City is a pet-friendly hotel that understands pets are an extension of your family. We gladly welcome our guests traveling with small pets. There will be a $75 fee for each pet, and a limit of two pets per guest room. (see website for additional info and rules)
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the public areas of the hotel, including the pools and dining facilities.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted: Smoking (including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and e-cigarettes or vaping devices of any kind) is not permitted in any indoor areas at Margaritaville Hotels and Resorts, including all back of house areas and food and beverage outlets. Smoking is also not permitted in the pool area, the activity/outdoor decks, or on any the guest room patios or balconies.
